After 37 years, convicted B.C. child killer to argue wrongful conviction

Phillip Tallio will testify in B.C.’s Court of Appeal this week in a bid to undo what his lawyers claim was a wrongful conviction. Tallio claims he spent nearly four decades in jail for the murder of a toddler that he did not commit.
