Tribunal Issues Determination of Reasonable Indication of Injury—Certain Small Power Transformers from Austria, Chinese Taipei and South Korea

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping of certain small power transformers from the Republic of Austria, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), and the Republic of Korea has caused injury or is threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
