Unlike NHLers, other athletes not getting border exemption from Canadian government

The federal government announced it was issuing a travel exemption allowing the NHL’s North Division winner and their U.S. opponent to cross the border without quarantining, but that exemption doesn’t extend to other athletes across Canada.
