Joanne Lemay (LLB, University of Montréal, 1992; MA [International Relations], Budapest University of Economic Sciences, 1994) was called to the Quebec bar in 1993 and joined the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade in 1997, undertaking various assignments in Canada and abroad.
