The Government of Canada continues to support communities across Canada as they work to respond to the overdose crisis and substance use-related harms. This includes nearly $16.5 million in funding for 11 projects being carried out in British Columbia.

The Government of Canada continues to support communities across Canada as they work to respond to the overdose crisis and substance use-related harms. This includes nearly $16.5 million in funding for 11 projects being carried out in British Columbia.
Joint federal, provincial and municipal funding is being provided for 15 recreational infrastructure projects in Lanaudière Region communities. These projects include renovations to recreation centres, playgrounds and other sports facilities.
As the pandemic has made us aware of the importance of having a healthy population, the governments of Canada and Quebec are proud to provide support for nearly 200 recreational and sports infrastructure projects across Quebec. Thanks to these investments, Quebec municipalities will have modern and safe facilities that are easily accessible, creating winning conditions for physical activity in our communities.
