Tribunal Initiates Interim Review—Welded Pipe from China and Japan

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated an interim review of its finding made on October 20, 2016, in Inquiry No. NQ-2016-001, concerning welded pipe originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China and Japan. This interim review was initiated at the request of Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Ltd. and after the Tribunal determined that the request was properly documented.
