The pandemic has exposed inequalities and worsened the situation of many groups, including minorities. In some cases, pandemic-related measures have been used to restrict human rights.
Paul Lefebvre, Member of Parliament for Sudbury, and Marc G. Serré, Member of Parliament for Nickel Belt, today announced a Government of Canada investment of $663,945 in support of two projects to help strengthen and grow Greater Sudbury’s manufacturing sector. Once complete, these strategic initiatives are expected to create more than 25 local jobs. The funding is provided through FedNor’s Regional Economic Growth through Innovation Program.
