Victim of Quebec City Halloween attack focuses on forgiveness and music, during his recovery

Rémy Bélanger de Beauport, one of the survivors of the Oct. 31 sword attacks in Quebec City, said he is focusing on the kindness and support he’s received since the attack, and has forgiven his assailant.
