Tribunal Issues Determination of Reasonable Indication of Injury—Wheat Gluten From Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania

Ottawa, Ontario, October 13, 2020—The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping of wheat gluten from Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany and Lithuania has caused injury or is threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
