Man, 30, charged with 2nd-degree murder in deaths of young boys from Wendake, Que.

Members of the community gathered at a makeshift memorial Sunday to pay homage to two boys, ages 2 and 5, from Wendake, Que., who were found dead earlier that day. A man has been charged with second-degree murder in connection with their deaths.
