Kobe Bryant crash pilot got disoriented flying in clouds, say U.S. safety officials

U.S. safety officials say the pilot of the helicopter that crashed and killed Kobe Bryant, his daughter and seven others, was disoriented by his decision to fly through thick clouds. His decision was a violation of federal standards.
